We take orders via the secure web site, e-mail, mail, or by phone 1-785-594-2634. If you call and we are not available, please leave your name and phone number. I will get back with you as soon as possible. Kansas is in the central time zone - just for your calling information.

Orders will go out ASAP - 24 hours is my goal (weekends & holidays will be the exception). The listed shipping rates are estimates - US Postal Service priority mail is what I will be using. USPS Express Service will be an extra charge for the overnight delivery. Large orders will be insured. Orders to Canada will be sent regular air mail. Overseas orders will be Global Priority Mail when possible. Shipping fees for large international orders are figured on an individual order basis. I will lower Shipping & Handling fees whenever possible.

Books and patterns are not returnable. Other items may returned with prior approval of store personnel.
